• Payment and billing: Payment information is processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We may receive billing identifiers, subscription status, and transaction history; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: Log data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited), device information, and how you interact with the Service, to operate and improve the Service and for security.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement.

4. AI and Third-Party Processing

To provide music generation, cover art, and the Music Agent, we send your lyrics, prompts, and related content to third-party AI and infrastructure providers (e.g., Wavespeed, OpenAI-compatible APIs). These providers process your data under their respective privacy and security practices. We select providers that commit to appropriate data handling and confidentiality. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models for purposes unrelated to providing the Service, except where we clearly disclose otherwise and you have the option to opt out where required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account and content data are stored using third-party infrastructure (e.g., Supabase for authentication and database storage). We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained longer.

We do not sell your personal information.
